- Freelance teacher.
- Field scale growing of leafs, herbs and specialist heirloom vegetables for supply to local market and Restraunts (Orchardfield Organics).
- Growing field scale Vegetables. University of Newcastle Farm, Nafferton. As well as field work this included all aspects of the day to day logistics of a developing box scheme and wholesale supply.
- Teaching horticulture to people with learning disabilities (Dilston College, Northern Counties College, & Growability).
- Adult evening classes in sustainable garden design in Tyne Valley.
- Local government and charity contracts in environmental education to children in Benwell and Scotswood.
- NHS contracts for activity provision, design and planting of therapeutic gardens. (Newcastle General Hospital and Longbenton Community Allotment).
- Private sustainable garden design, planting and build for clients throughout Northumberland including ornamental design, meadow and pond creation, kitchen gardens, water features, willow work, sculpture, & tree establishment.
- Writing and consultancy for magazine articles.

Bsc(Hons) Environmental Science.
